1. Service Overview

Heather’s Palette Studio provides digital personal color analysis services.
Upon purchase, customers receive a personalized color diagnosis and digital report (PDF) based on their responses to the online questionnaire.
All services are delivered digitally; no physical items are shipped.


2. Orders and Payments

All prices are clearly displayed on each product page.
Payment must be completed in full at checkout before the analysis process begins.
Accepted payment methods include credit cards, KakaoPay, NaverPay, Toss, and other payment methods available through our payment partner.


3. Delivery of Service

After successful payment and completion of the questionnaire, customers will receive their digital report via email within 7–10 business days.
If additional clarification or consultation is required, the delivery period may be extended with prior notice.


4. Refunds and Cancellations

Because this is a customized digital consulting service, we do not accept refunds or cancellations once the report has been delivered.
If you do not receive your report, or there is an error in the delivered file, please contact us at heatherspalette.biz@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
We will review and resend the file if necessary.


5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate and complete information in the online questionnaire.
Heather’s Palette Studio is not responsible for errors, color mismatches, or analysis inaccuracies resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.


6. Intellectual Property

All contents, including analysis materials, images, and digital reports created by Heather’s Palette Studio, are protected by copyright.
Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of any part of the report or related materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.


7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States (Delaware).
Any disputes arising from this service shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Delaware, USA.
