Refund policy

All products from Heather’s Palette are digital and personalized.  
Refunds or cancellations are not available once the analysis process has started or the report has been delivered.

If the questionnaire is not submitted within 14 days after payment, the order may be automatically cancelled and refunded.

In case of file delivery issues or errors, please contact us within 7 days at heatherspalette2.0@gmail.com for re-delivery or correction.
